Inn for GSC nostalgia
bed-and-breakfast weekend in Cape May turned into a trip down college memory lane for John ’69, ’75 and Diane Lisa ’69, ’80 Mazzei over the summer.

During breakfast they chatted with their hostess and learned that she is Mrs. Joan Bjork, wife of GSC’s ’68–’69 interim president, the late Dr. Richard Bjork. By afternoon tea, the college first lady-turned innkeeper had found her copy of the ’69 yearbook and opened it to a photo of John and Diane at an SGA meeting and another of herself and Dr. Bjork.

“That began a look back to those days and fond remembrances of GSC,” said John. “What a small world!”
